Empty your hand before anyone else and you rule the next round. Finish last and you hand your two best cards to whoever did. Play the ladder against bots or against friends, and spend what you earn on powerups that bend a round your way.
Every round re-sorts the table. Staying President is harder than becoming one.
The Scum hands their two best cards to the President at the start of each round, and gets two back.
Four of a kind turns the card ordering upside down for the rest of the round.
Playing an eight clears the pile, and you lead again.
Matching the suit of the play you beat locks the pile to that suit.
Three or more running cards of one suit can be played together.
The three of spades answers a lone joker.
